Some news we’re quietly proud of: 365 Home Loans has been named a finalist in two categories of the Finsure Awards 2026 — NSW Broker of the Year and Top Brokerage (fewer than 5 brokers).
For context: Finsure is Australia’s largest mortgage aggregator, the network behind more than 4,000 brokers nationally. Being shortlisted twice from that field — as a deliberately small Castle Hill brokerage — means more to us than any advertising we could buy.
Why two nominations matter more than one
The two categories measure different things. NSW Broker of the Year looks at the individual — the advice, the outcomes, the way files are run. Top Brokerage (<5 brokers) looks at the business — how a small team performs against every other boutique brokerage in the network. Being a finalist in both says the model works end to end: one senior broker on every file, a support team behind the scenes, and nothing handed down a chain.

Awards juries read numbers, and our numbers are our clients: the 115+ Google reviews at 5.0★, the referrals from Nepali and Indian families across Sydney who brought their brothers, sisters and workmates, the first home buyers who trusted us with the biggest purchase of their lives in a second language. What happens next — and what doesn’t change
Winners are announced later in the year.
